Self-Scheduling Appointments

Once you enroll with Oakhaven, you will be invited to join the patient hub. You will choose a password and then be able to login to the hub where you will be able to request self-scheduled appointments. You will also be able to do the same from the phone app (Android and iOS).

Limitations

Some appointment time slots are available for self-scheduling while others are not. If you need to get in sooner than the next available self-scheduling time, our staff will work to find a time that works for you.
