Dr. Sullivan is grateful to see so many patients reaching out to Oakhaven Health. We are humbled and excited by the overwhelming response in the past few weeks and ask for your patience while we get everyone fully onboarded. If you have an immediate need like a refill or a condition for which you need immediate care, please fill out a request on this page, which we will check daily and we will get back to you by email or phone. Our goal is to get to the place where you will be able to get in within a few days when you need an unplanned appointment. To make that a reality we need to schedule other, less immediate appointments further in the future, especially during the first few months of opening the new medical practice.
