Oakhaven Health provides direct primary care services included in the membership with a few things that have add-on costs because of the additional cost to perform these services. The list is small because we include a lot in the membership. 

Women's Medicine

• Nexplanon device install/replacement - $30

• $149 Culposcopy - procedure following an unusual pap smear that requires additional equipment and supplies that have a significant per procedure cost for Oakhaven. This typically costs $500+ elsewhere.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

• biote HRT pellet insertion - prices coming soon in August 2026. Compared to other means of treatment, this will actually be a significant cost savings in comparison.
