Dr. Staci Jordan and Dr. Charles Sullivan are currently accepting new patients with and without insurance. Oakhaven Health operates on a subscription model for doctor's visits and access to concierge care tools, but you can still use insurance for everything else including labs, pharmacy, imaging, and specialist referrals. Included in your subscription is up to 5 doctors visits per week with no copays or other fees.

If you enroll and get started today, you can get an appointment with Dr. Jordan within the next week and with Dr. Sullivan within a couple of weeks. It is low risk to get started because we do not have a longterm contract requirement. You can prepay your subscription month-to-month, every 3 months, or annually where you will get a 17% discount for annual prepayment. You can cancel at anytime and while we would be sorry to see you go, we will stop charging with 30-days notice.
